At Carnage, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
